The hotel had to remain fully open with guests in house. Corridors showed wear, dated colours, and constant 24/7 foot traffic.
Approach
We ran night shifts floor by floor, protected carpets and lifts, phased room work around checkout flow, and completed daily sign-off with the duty manager.
